Daily Photo – Heading Out

Here I stuck with following the longtail I'd noticed pull away from the in yesterday's photo. Still using the 70-210 mm lens on the T90. The slide film was almost certainly Fuij Provia 100. Today I'd probably use a higher ISO – maybe ISO 400 – to ensure a fast enough shutter speed to keep everything crisp. Part of the softness here is the limitation of the film. I love the tight crop on this image that eliminates the sky and thereby accentuates the height of the limestone cliffs. You can just make out a small and a hut in the center of the photo. The aqua water is shallower than the blue water. If you look closely you can see a thin line of aqua on the far shore also. The ferries and fishing typically stayed in the blue water to avoid grounding.
