So having had my name entered into the ledger, and having my passport stamped, I walked a little further up the road then turned left onto a trail that tool me to the eastern end of Victoria Falls.

From the Zambian side, looking to the west, you can see much further along the falls than you can from the Zimbabwe side since the rising clouds of spray are close to the eastern edge of the gorge.

I've no idea what it's like now but you much like my experiences at Grand Canyon West, there were no railing to prevent you falling into the gorge if you got too close to the edge.

Having watched and listened to the falls for a while, it was time to head back. When I got to the Zambian immigration post, my passport was stamped for my exit but there was no ledger to record my departure! As far as the Zambian's know, I'm still there!
