So following on with the theme of my post from yesterday, here’s a wide angle view of the Grand Canyon Skywalk.
One of the things that really surprised me about my visit was that there were no fences, no barriers, nothing to stop one jumping over the side of the canyon. While the Skywalk itself was fenced off and has a 4ft 6in glass wall with handrail, there was nothing along the top of the canyon walls. I don’t know if they’ve changes this since but if you take your kids, make sure you have them under control at all times!
This shot was taken with my Canon EF 17-35mm f/2.8L with the aperture at f/22 to maximize the depth of field.
