The London Eye is a cantilevered wheel having support on only one side unlike other observation wheels in other cities. The wheel has 64 spoke cables that work like the spokes of bicycle wheel, holding the rim tight to the spindle in the middle of the wheel.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum was located in Cleveland ostensibly because DJ Alan Freed coined the term ‘Rock and Roll’ during his radio years with WJW-Radio in the city and because he helped organize the Moondog Coronation Ball on March 21, 1952 in the city, generally held as the first rock and roll concert.

This is a shot of the rear of the hotel. I like the strong lines in the architecture here. Since I like saturated colors, I’ve upped the saturation in this image. People familiar with the building will recognize the colors as being more muted in real life.
