Daily Photo – Willow Harvesters

A short distance from the river weed harvester I spied these willow harvesters moored beneath a tree on the river bank.

This seemed to be a family affair judging by everyone on the boat. I don’t know if the water buffalo belonged to this family also or if they were just casual onlookers.

You can see from the photo that numerous branches have already been stripped of their foliage though whether it was by this crew or some other I don’t know.
