Malta's little more than a rock in the Mediterranean. Certainly back in early 1990 this was pre-satellite TV days. I wonder if now it's a cluster of dishes.
With the old analogue TV signals, the antennas on the buildings down by the harbor had to be raised in order to escape the shadow of the hills in this part of the country.

This would be the last photo I would take on this trip to Malta. In the morning I'd be flying on to Libya so it was time for my last western restaurant meal for the next eight or so weeks.
