Harbour Town is a marina/shopping/restaurant area of the Sea Pines zone on Calibogue Sound at the southern end of Hilton Head island, South Carolina. According to their website, the lighthouse was the first privately financed lighthouse built in the USA since the early 1800’s.

2010 was the first year I actually noticed these ‘only in Louisiana’ variations on Old Glory – the flag of the United States. This one was flying from the porch of a house on Napoleon Avenue in New Orleans.
