Posterize…

I was working on some client files over the weekend when the ‘accident’ above occurred. I was in Photoshop CS5 and going to add a layer mask to the image when I accidentally clicked on the add adjustment layer icon, then the Posterize… feature, et voila!, the image above appeared.
