Daily Photo – Ocean Drive Miami – Chevy Bel Air

If you rad my post yesterday then you’ll know that this Chevy Bel Air was parked outside the Ocean’s Ten Restaurant on Ocean Drive, Miami. From the color coordination, I’m guessing the owner of the restaurant and the owner of the car are the same person. if you look closely you’ll see the license plate is from Cuba. The owner has posted a note in the window politely requesting passers by to not touch the car. I used one of my common workflows for this image – a three image, 4 EV range HDR finished in Photoshop CS6. As with yesterday’s images, I used the beta evaluation version of onOne software’s Perfect Photo Suite 7 to finish the color image below and then do the black and white conversion. I didn’t get as much playtime with this suite as I’d wanted to but I’m finding it easy to use and I like the degree of control it give me.
