Well. another Super Bowl has come and gone and this year's champs are the Green bay Packers. At least Pittsburgh made a game of it and it wasn't a runaway blowout. Maybe it's my new orleans connection, but the end of this year's game seemed to be missing something when I cast my mind back a year to the Saints' historic win. And I doubt the celebrations to come in Green bay will be able to hold a candle to last year's mardi gras, where the Lombardi trophy seemed to show up in every parade![ad name=”post”]
So, I've only ever been to a handful of (American) football games, and never gotten photo credentials or my gear past security, but I did have an opportunity a couple of weeks back to meet Jacoby Jones of the Houston Texans. Maybe one day he'll get his chance in the big game, but if that doesn't happen for him, at least he'll be able to tell friends and family that he once met me.
