Since it's December 3rd, I thought I'd post my 3rd Li river Scene from near Guilin in china.
It's getting later in the morning and the mist is burning off, though the distance remains shrouded in haze. The river, surrounded by all the green trees and underlain by green weed has a jade-like appearance.
These boats are houseboats. In the center of the image are more of those bamboo rafts that the locals use for pretty much everything, not just vending their wares to passing tourists.
